Rexel acquires a second company in India: AD Electronics

Rexel, a global leader in the distribution of electrical supplies, announces today the acquisition of AD Electronics in India.

Having entered the Indian market through the acquisition of Yantra Automation in January, Rexel is further strengthening its footprint in the country with this new acquisition.

Founded in 1993 and based in Mumbai, one of India’s major industrial regions, AD Electronics is specialized in the distribution of automation products.
