When new employees arrive, Rexel provides them with a full range of support including group events and personalized programs at Group and country levels.
The four key stages of integration at Rexel are:
- Initial contact: upon arrival in the company, you are introduced to the Rexel Group and professions in the electrical supplies distribution market
- Front line immersion: a visit is organized to company branches and logistics centers to acquaint you with Rexel’s operational activities
- Start the job: get to know the teams to gain a clearer understanding of individual missions and organizational structure
- Career support: your manager will support you throughout your career, with assistance from the human resources manager
