Rexel Energy Solutions UK opens Innovation Centre
The Rexel Innovation Centre, situated in the BRE Innovation Park in Watford, has been re-opened after extensive redevelopment to transform it into a centre of excellence for education and to exhibit the latest technological advances in energy solutions.
Each room in the property now showcases a different technology. The exhibits are fully interactive, giving visitors the opportunity to handle the products first hand, see how they function and the results they can achieve. There are also TV screens throughout the home and ‘understanding’ guides to engage and educate visitors on the technologies available. Working in close co-operation with key suppliers, the Rexel Energy Solutions team in the UK supports their customers to stay one step ahead of the competition by allowing them to see and interact with the latest in innovative energy efficient solutions and products.
The technologies featured in the home include home automation, energy monitoring and measurement, electric vehicle charging, lighting controls, PV solar, LED lighting, automated boiler control, voltage optimisation, heat pumps, a flood protection device and biomass solutions.
