Newey & Eyre wins with Tata Steel UK

Newey & Eyre, British subsidiary of the Rexel Group has secured a four year contract to supply specialist products and consumables to one of the world’s top steel manufacturing companies, Tata Steel UK.

Newey & Eyre will be providing electrical products, including spares and energy saving lighting systems, to all Tata Steel UK sites.The contract was awarded following detailed analysis by more than 30 Tata engineers located in south Wales and the north east.
While the emphasis is on cost saving, the value and commitment from Newey & Eyre to work with every site across the country to ensure availability of products and eliminate duplication purchases was key to the contract win.

Throughout the world, the Rexel Group participates to the optimization of the electrical efficiency of several partners in the industry, commercial, or residential sector.
