8,000 employees are now Rexel shareholders
Rexel, with Opportunity12, actively pursued its employee shareholding policy.
This allows the Group to more closely associate its workforce with results and to raise their participation in its capital.
This policy is an active part of corporate dynamics launched by Rexel on May 29, 2012: Energy in Motion, which places employees – key players in sustainable performance – right at the heart of Group strategy.
Since 2007, 8,000 employees have become Rexel shareholders; amounting to 25% of today’s workforce.
