Rexel selected for inclusion in four NYSE Euronext market indices

Rexel, the world leader in the distribution of electrical supplies, has been selected by the Expert Commission, the Indices Committee of NYSE Euronext, for inclusion in four stock market indices, including the SBF 120, as of June 18, 2007.
This decision follows the successful completion of Rexel’s Initial Public Offering, in the form of a 1.015 billion euro capital increase, on April 4, 2007.
