Rudy Provoost and Sharon MacBeath received an award for their “reciprocal working relationship” at the 12th annual CEO/HR Director awards.

Rudy Provoost , CEO of the Rexel Group and Sharon MacBeath , Group Senior Vice President Human Resources, were one of four CEO and HR Director partnerships to receive an award for their achievements at the ceremony organized by the “cercle de l’excellence RH”, a professional association organized by the RH&M Group, an HR publication and services group.

At the awards ceremony, which took place on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Palais Brongniart, in Paris, the collaboration, exchange of ideas and trust between Rudy Provoost and Sharon MacBeath was recognized as having contributed to both optimally aligning their strategy and actions in support of Rexel’s development.

Rexel’s strong human resources function was highlighted as central to the Group’s transformation and the deployment of a multichannel strategy.
