Branches: the preferred place to meet with customers
In our branches customers are sure of a personalized welcome. Sales staff gladly provide advice, give quotes, demonstrate equipment, and take orders.
Customers can also browse the self-service areas, organized per product or function, to find the products they need in their own time.
The showrooms and information and training areas focus on innovations. Training sessions on new equipment are held regularly to help customers get to know all about groundbreaking electrical supplies.
Products quickly available
Each branch permanently keeps around 2,000 to 3,000 products available in stock .
And the 30,000 products available at Rexel's logistics centers can be collected at the branch the following morning by customers.
Customers can also place orders and obtain information:
• By phone or by fax at our call centers.
• From traveling sales representatives who visit customers and sites to provide advice about purchases and installations.
