 Who are the recipients of your data?

The personal data we collect, as well as any data collected subsequently, is intended for us in our capacity as data controller. 

We ensure that only authorized persons have access to this data.  

Our service providers may receive this data in order to perform the services we entrust to them. Certain personal data may be sent to third parties or legally authorized authorities in order to comply with our legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. 

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In the event of international transfers, we ensure that these transfers are secure and subject to adequate safeguards, in particular through the conclusion of standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and appropriate security measures.

  • right to erasure: you may request that we erase data concerning you within the limits of the conditions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR;  
  • right to data portability: you may retrieve your data for transfer to another organization or for personal use;  
  • right to restriction of processing; 
  • right to formulate specific and general guidelines concerning the storage, erasure, and communication of your data after your death.
