3.1 – Purpose
The present general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as “TCU”) aim to define the terms and conditions under which internet users visiting this site (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”) may use the site and thus access all its content (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”) and benefit from all its functionalities, namely information concerning the activities of Rexel and its corporate life (e.g. reports to shareholders, ESG initiatives, job opportunities, etc.), but also the possibility to access and use a contact form and a self-service professional alert form (cf. The trademarks and logos appearing on the site are the property of Rexel or require authorization to use. No right or license can be assigned to any one of these elements without the written permission of Rexel or the third party that is the holder of the rights to the trademark or logo appearing on the site.
No mention is made of rights with respect to other trademarks, corporate names, commercial names, slogans, logos, domain names, or signage, whether or not they are registered and that may be attached to certain words or signs used on this site. However, the absence of such a reference does not imply in any way that such trademarks, corporate names, commercial names, slogans, logos domain names, signage, or words are not protected.
It is expressly acknowledged and accepted by all Users of the site that any product, service, or technology described in these materials may be subject to other Intellectual Property rights in favor of Rexel or a third party. No right to use such Intellectual Property rights is granted here.

6 – Limitation of liability and indemnification
Rexel cannot be held responsible for any damage that may result from the access or lack thereof or use of the site, including any damage or virus that may infect your computer equipment or any other asset.
Even though we have taken every measure to ensure the reliability of the information contained on this site, Rexel may incur no liability for errors, omissions, or results that may be obtained, transmitted, retransmitted, or collected by the use of such information.

7 – Adherence to regulations
The site is established by Rexel, which is head office are registered in France. Users accessing the site from places other than France must ensure compliance with locally applicable laws.
8 – Access to the site
Rexel reserves the right, regardless of the reason and at its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend, or interrupt access to all or part of the site, including in particular the content, features, or times of availability, without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that in the context of the use of the site, the purchase of all necessary equipment to allow connection to the Internet remains your responsibility.
9 – General provisions
The fact that Rexel has not demanded the application of any provision of these TCU, whether permanently or temporarily, can in no case be considered as a waiver of said provision.
If any of the provisions of these TCU were to be null and void with respect to a legislative or regulatory provision in force and/or a final court decision, it shall not affect the validity of the other clauses which will remain fully applicable.
Rexel reserves the right to change or, more generally, to update these general terms and conditions at any time. Users shall be notified at their next visit on the site if the TCU have been modified since their last visit and prompted to agree to the news terms and conditions.
10 – Disputes
These legal notices are established in compliance with French law.
In the event of disputes relating to the site, only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris will be competent, including in the event of a plurality of defendants, provisional measures or actions in warranty.
