At Rexel, our Responsible Purchasing Policy underscores our commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices. While enhancing our supply-chain transparency, this policy fosters strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring they adhere to high standards of social and environmental responsibility.
This ensures we are aligned on key environmental and social commitments. We also work closely with strategic suppliers, offering feedback and guidance on their performance as part of our Rexel Experience program. Going a step further, we encourage them to share detailed product information and innovate to meet customer demand.
We aim to share our expertise with customers to help them understand the environmental impact of their electrical solutions and steer them toward the most sustainable choices. That’s why we’ve developed AI tools, like our Carbon Tracker for corporate clients, and our Webshop CO2 Scorecard. We also champion a Sustainable Selection of more than 100,000 products chosen for their low environmental impact and suppliers’ commitment to our Sustainable Supplier Charter.
