Newey & Eyre will be providing electrical products, including spares and energy saving lighting systems, to all Tata Steel UK sites.The contract was awarded following detailed analysis by more than 30 Tata engineers located in south Wales and the north east.
While the emphasis is on cost saving, the value and commitment from Newey & Eyre to work with every site across the country to ensure availability of products and eliminate duplication purchases was key to the contract win.
