These Grands Prix enable issuers to measure their performance in terms of transparency of financial information, in particular, and to highlight best practices in the marketplace.
Transparency, a factor in sustainable performance, reinforces the confidence of all stakeholders in the company. Rexel confirms the excellence of its practices by ranking 16th in the ranking and obtaining the “Silver Transparency Label”, with a score more than 20% higher than the SBF120 average.
This ranking is based on the analysis of four publications:
- Universal Registration Document
- Ethics Charter
- Corporate website
- Convening Notice for the Shareholder’s Annual General Meeting
Issuers are evaluated by an independent scientific committee, according to 226 criteria of accessibility, accuracy, comparability and availability of these four publications.
