2016 Registration Document including the 2016 Annual Financial Report made available
The Registration document for the year ended December 31, 2016, including the annual financial report relating to the year ended December 31, 2016, has been filed on March 31, 2017 with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), under number D.17-0272.
The Registration document notably includes the following information:
- the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the operation of the Board of Directors and on internal controls for the financial year 2016;
- the report of the Statutory Auditors on the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors; and
- the description of the share repurchase program.
