Pier Luigi Sigismondi steps down from Rexel’s Board of Directors

Pier Luigi Sigismondi has informed Rexel that he will resign from his duties as Director, effective as from December 31, 2016.

His apppointment in March 2016 as President of Unilever Southeast Asia and Australasia (SEAA) no longer allows him to devote the necessary time to his duties as Director of Rexel.

A search for his replacement is underway within the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
