On 13 February 2007, Rexel changed its corporate form into a société anonyme à Directoire et Conseil de surveillance - a two-tier structure comprising a Management Board responsible for the management of the group and a Supervisory Board, responsible for the oversight and control of management.

The Management Board is the decision-making body of Rexel.

The Supervisory Board exercises permanent control over the Group and reports to shareholders. The Supervisory Board comprises four specialized committees: the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, the Nominations Committee, the Strategic Committee.
